Local family goes a bit cheesy with Wisconsin food truck

A Chippewa Falls, Wisconsin family is paying homage to the state given its launch of a cheesy-focused food truck.

The truck is called Two Gals and a Fryer, according to a VolumeOne report.

The truck serves up square cheese curds as well as classic bar food such as tacos, burgers and chicken tenders.

Nancy Langaard and Sam Grube co-own the truck with their son and brother, Luke Grube and Olivia Caron.

The truck's prime goal is to make people smile, according to the news report.

The square cheese curds come in six different flavors: white, yellow, bacon, jalapeño, garlic and ghost pepper.

"They pair well with anything," Grube told the news outlet. "They have a great look, they have a great crunch, they have a great cheesy inside, and I think that's what sets us apart from anybody else."
