Nassau County, on Long Island, New York, is now home to a food truck program that involves six local parts.
Food vendor MME Inc. Hospitality Group will operate food trucks at Wantagh Park, North Woodmere Park, Cantiague Park in Hicksville, Nickerson Beach, Cow Meadow Park in Freeport and Christopher Morley Park in Roslyn, according to a Long Island Weekly report.
The trucks will be serving up everything from burgers to seafood from 11:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. with tables available adhering to social distancing regulations. There will also be food carts offering pre-packed good and snacks. The parks also have physical food concession stands in operation.
