Long Island farm takes duck fare on the road

A Long Island duck farm is operating a farm-to-truck trailer to deliver its duck fare.

The food truck, called Duck Yeah, is run by Jurgielewicz Duck Farm, which is nearly 80 years old. The food truck offers everything from duck burgers to duck tacos and even duck fat fries, according to a Newsday report.

"We're a completely vertically integrated farm where we hatch, raise, process and distribute duck," Michael Jurgielewicz, food truck co-founder, told the news outlet.
