Long Island food truck drawing lunch crowd fans

The Lunchbox Food Truck, in Port Jefferson, Long Island is gaining a strong fan base and now being booked for private events.

The New York truck, owned and run by Harry Gonzalez, serves up empanadas, burgers, Philly cheesesteaks and hot dogs, according to a Greater Long Island report.

The truck, as well as a delicatessen Gonzalez runs in Smithtown, New York, are dreams come true for the food truck operator.

"I never wanted to do a job like working in a deli," Gonzalez told the news outlet, crediting his father-in-law and a mentor for his business success.
