Long Island Food Truck Fridays event back in the swing

Foodies living in Levittown, Long Island are likely a bit happier now that the Food Truck Fridays event is back on schedule.

The weekly event takes place at the Good Shepherd Church, according to a Patch report.

Event founder and food truck owner Wendy Lantigua is one of the happiest about the news.

"I am so excited, I can't even tell you," Lantigua, a Merrick resident, told the news outlet. She organizes the event which typically features just over half a dozen trucks. New this season is a Greek food truck, according to Patch.
