Long Island food truck operation expands

A Long Island food truck operation now boasts two trucks serving the east end of the New York island.

Based in Eastport, and initially called 27 Eats, the truck has been renamed Shuckers, according to a Greater Moriches report.

It's now under the management of Patrick McCormack and John Heeney  and operates from Hampton Watercraft on South Bay Avenue.
