Louisville food truck launching grocery, take-out spot

The owner of All Thai'd Up food truck in Louisville, Kentucky is getting ready to open a physical storefront that will offer grocery items and serve as a take-out restaurant.

The opening, at 211 S 5th St., is set for mid February, according to a WLKY report. Owner Katherine Aphaivongs told the news outlet the location's infrastructure was all in place for her culinary needs.
