Louisville laying down welcome mat for food courts

Louisville, Kentucky is getting closer to having its first food truck park now that the city council has issued approvals.

The park, to be called The Rose and Raven, will also be home to a cidery, according to a Daily Camera report.

The establishment of a food truck court has been debated given concerns from physical restaurant owners as well as individual food truck operators.

The food court will house a 14,000-square-feet cider production operation, indoor and outdoor dining as well as a kitchen. It will be located at 511 E. South Boulder Road.
