The Yo Java Bowl food truck enterprise, founded in 2019 in Chester, Maryland, is now also a physical café destination.

The café offers the same menu as the food trucks, everything from salads to panninis, according to a report in The Star Democrat, and will be expanded given the bigger operating space.

"For lack of a better definition, we're excited," co-owner Rick Coulby told the news outlet. "We've hoped to be on Kent Island for many years. The perfect opportunity came up and, not to sound corny, but we share that excitement with the community."

Coulby, along with his wife, also run the Commerce Street Creamery.
