There's a new and bigger place in Boylston, Massachusetts where food truck operators can cook food, wash trucks, store trucks and store food.

The food truck center and commercial kitchen is the brainchild of Mark Gallant, who owns WooTrucks, a division of Dogfather Vending LLC, according to a Telegram & Gazette report.

The center, at 67 Main Street, is bigger and larger than a previous commercial kitchen in Worcester that Gallant operated — about four times larger.

"The kitchen we had down there (on Harrison Street), I built it just for me, just for The Dogfather. And all I make in the kitchen is my chili. It was 12-by-12," Gallant told the news outlet. "This one here (in Boylston), I could fit five of them in the kitchen I have now. I have 48 feet of counter space. I had four."

Food truck operators can rent kitchen space by the hour. Several trucks are already stationed at the facility, some parking for storage and others using the space for cooking needs.

Gallant expects to have as many as 30 food trucks renting space.
