Massachusetts pub owner prepping a food truck operation

Emma's Pub and Pizza in Bridgewater, Massachusetts now boasts its own food truck, Emma's All American, serving up American favorites like hamburgers and hotdogs.

Owner Ron Emma, according to an Enterprise News report, decided to launch a food truck as his business was closed to indoor diners due to the coronavirus which limited his revenue to takeout and delivery options.

"Restaurants are not going to come back so fast," Emma told the news outlet. "I think if the restaurants stay closed, the food truck fits in ... You've got to bring the food to the people because of obviously COVID-19, but it seems to me it fits like a glove that if you bring the food to these people and the outdoor things to begin with, it’s a much safer environment, so to speak."
