Mexican fare hits the streets in Wyoming

Casper, Wyoming now boasts a new food truck option serving up tacos and other Mexican fare.

The food truck, called 307 Street Tacos, began serving patrons last month after being launched by Eric, Jonie and Travis McFarland from their spot in the Sherwin-Williams parking lot, according to Oil City News.

Initially the food truck operators hit a setback due to the coronavirus and slumping economy but forged ahead to open in late May and plan to run the business year round.
