MexiCrunch moves to Davison Farmer's Market, Michigan

After spotting an open stall previously occupied by another food truck, the pair secured the location to give customers a reliable, year-round spot with sit-down seating.

MexiCrunch will operate at the market three days a week—Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday—from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. The space allows the sisters to expand their offerings beyond their top-selling birria tacos to include birria ramen, gorditas, birria egg rolls and upcoming vegan and gluten-free options.

The market location will not replace their mobile operations. Jennings told the news outlet their food truck will continue to visit local events and businesses throughout the region.
