Michigan county approves food truck ordinance

The Marquette Charter Township Board, in Mason County, Michigan, now has an official mobile food vendor permit regulation in place.

The effort, according to a Ludington Daily news report, took a few years to pull together.

Food truck operators will need a vendor permit, which costs $155. A food court permit is $465, according to the report.
