Michigan food truck enterprise expands once again

A mom-and-daughter food truck enterprise in Port Huron, Michigan is launching its fourth food truck in the St. Clair and Sanilac counties.

Taryn Strausser and her mom are launching the Sandwich Scoop truck on June 5, according to a Times Herald report.

"We're just building our own little fleet," she told the news outlet.

The duo's food truck venture began in 2019 with its first truck called Top Dog. The latest truck, which will offer salads, sandwiches and ice cream, will sit in front of the Rubbo Boutique at 230 Huron Avenue.
