Michigan food truck expands into store location

The Traverse City Food Truck, based in Traverse City, Michigan is expanding into a brick-and-mortar location just after one year in operation.

Owner Tim Bergstrom launched the truck during the pandemic and the food truck and restaurant are fulfillment of a life-long dream, according to a 9and10news.com report.

He is a Great Lakes Culinary Institute graduate and has also studied at the New England Culinary Institute.

The restaurant, called Bergstrom's Burgers, which will seat up to 40 patrons once pandemic restrictions are not in play, offers counter service Monday through Saturday, according to the report.
