Michigan truck debuts fourth truck

The El Oasis food truck in Lansing, Michigan opened its fourth location just in time for the annual Cinco de Mayo celebration.

The family-owned food truck operation is also celebrating its 15th year in business and is now open for business at 2778 E. Grand River Avenue, according to a Lansing City Pulse report.

The menu features classic Mexican dishes created by family recipes.
