Milwaukee food truck name is an artistic shoutout

One of the most creative decisions for a food truck operator is deciding on a name and brand.

For one Milwaukee food truck operator the naming aspect boasts more than a creative element as his truck, Fridas Cocina, is in honor of famed artist Frida Kahlo, according to a Milwaukee Journal Sentinel report.

Food truck co-owner Alex Hernandez, who launched the truck with Carlos Olivares, even chose a special color for the truck's design, a blue that reflects the artist's blue home in Mexico.
