The North Mankato City Council, in Minnesota, has revised and approved a food truck ordinance after a few more adjustments.
Food trucks cannot do business within 500 feet of a brick-and-mortar eatery and can't operate more than three weeks in the established food truck zones within the city limits, according to a Free Press report.
Some food truck operators in the area are not happy about the regulations, telling the news outlet the 21-day rule is too restrictive.
Prior to the revamped rule food trucks were not allowed to operate in the city unless it was a special event.
