Pizza Barn, a pizzeria in Princeton, Minnesota, is getting ready to launch a second food truck given the great response its initial food truck has experienced.
The first food truck launched in early April, according to a Union Times report.
Pizza Barn owner Jody Stay is also working on adding a smoker to the restaurant in order to expand the menu and food truck offerings.
The top obstacles in getting a food truck up and running has been getting needed state approvals, she told the news outlet.
"I see the truck we have right now as a prototype for a fleet," Stay told the Union Times. "That's my ultimate goal."
