Mississippi food truck expands with physical store

The Rosita's Taco Shop, in St. Martin, Mississippi, has expanded with a physical restaurant and drew such a large crowd at opening the owners had to provide outdoor dining for the event.

The owner, Rosa Hernandez, is grateful for the support shown by the community, according to a WLOX report. The food truck and restaurant offer birria tacos and California burritos.

"We give a lot to our community and they give it all right back," Hernandez told the news outlet. "Since day one, they've been out here supporting us. In the rain, cold, hot, whatever it is, there's lines and lines to get our food out of the food truck. So it is a feel good moment."
