One of the latest food trucks in Missoula, Montana is serving up Iraqi street food fare such as Arabian flatbread.
The food truck, called Ragheef, is run by brother and sister Ammar Omar and Zena Omar who believe every community should have Arabian cuisine within reach, according to a Missoulian.com report.
"Just here in Montana there is no Arabian cuisine," Omar told the news outlet. "That's why we are here. Wherever you go, there should be something Arab."
The food truck duo, and their family, hail from Baghdad and came to the U.S. four years ago.
Omar initially started his mobile food business with a stand at a local farmers market and then launched his first food truck, Kamoon. That truck, at a local brewery, is still operating. The second truck will be located in the same area, at 1151 W. Broadway.
"The idea is we need to expand the business," Ammar Omar told the news outlet. "It's not for profit. It's because we like to serve people."
