The opening of the Lunch Box Food Truck, in Kimberling City, Missouri reflects a dream come true for owner Shelly Frazier-King.
The truck launch, happening on May 24 according to a report at the Branson News, has been a goal for King for years.
The truck, which offers sliders and other lunch fare, will park at the lot of the Table Rock True Value Hardware for the summer.
"I have been in the food industry for 25 years," Frazier-King told the news outlet. "When food trucks came about many years ago, I took interest in (them). I always thought it would be a lot of fun to venture into that. Over the years, I talked about it and it got to the point where we kind of kidded around about it and everything and it just came by. I just spoke to the right person, and it just went from there. They gave me some good direction and everything and it just opened the door up for me."
