Missouri food truck boasts late night fare

The Choose Me Cuisine food truck, operating in Jefferson City, Missouri, aims to satisfy those with late night munchies, and its menu offers taco nachos to fish fillets.

The truck, located at 807 Stadium Boulevard, opened in October, according to a News Tribune report.

Truck operator Shameka Price said her cuisine is aimed at the late night party crowd.

"I knew I wanted to sell something that was popular and a lot of party-goers would like to eat before they drink or after they've been drinking," Price told the news outlet. "I figured, why not take chicken wings and nachos, and turn it into a cuisine by adding little different perks to the dishes?"
