Missouri food truck operators launching restaurants

The owners of Bacon Me Krazy and Ghetto Tacos, in Jasper County, Missouri are on the same path: they're both busy working to open brick-and-mortar locations by this spring.

The prime driver for both is customer demand and loyalty, according to a KOAM report.

Bacon Me Krazy operator Jeff Carney said his growing customer base is the prime motivator for expanding his brand.

Ghetto Tacos owner Marcos Renteria echoed the sentiment. Despite the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic the food trucks have hired staff and haven't had to reduce operating hours.
