Shelley Taylor and daughter Kamee Jensen, residents of Hyrum, Utah, for three decades, have launched a food truck offering fried chicken.
It's called The Coop and the truck is a dream fulfilled, according to a Herald Journal News report.
"My mom turned 60 and just said, 'You know … it's now or never. We've got to do it, and if we're gonna do it we've got to just bite the bullet,' so here we are. … We quit our jobs and just decided this is what we're going to do from here on out," Jensen told HJN.
The Coop is open 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. Monday through Friday and located at the CarSmart auto repair locations at 58 1/2 W. 400 North in Logan, and 45 S. 800 East in Hyrum.
