Montana truck arrives just in time for Lent celebration

The advent of Lent marks the launch of a fish and chips food truck serving fans in Billings, Montana.

An On The Hook Fish and Chips Food Truck is busy serving up fare during the non-meat religious observation time. The truck offers line-caught, beer battered wild Alaskan cod, according to a KTVQ report.

It's owned and run by Hunter Anderson and Ocean Andrew, two friends who launched the business five years ago while attending college at the University of Wyoming.

On The Hook operates several trucks throughout the West and Midwest, including Idaho, Montana, Wyoming and South Dakota, according to the report.
