Downtown Lincoln, Nebraska is prepping a pilot food truck program that will launch in April.
The initial program, according to a 1011 Now report, will allow for three food trucks at metered stalls for six weeks and will include four different locations during the week.
The effort is being driven by Nick Maestas, who runs the Muchachos food truck. He said the program is focused on providing food options in areas not being served by food trucks.
