Nebraska food truck aims to delight a few different palates

The Mia food truck, operating in Grand Island, Nebraska, is striving to offer something for the customer.

The name reflects the Mexican, Italian and American cuisine, according to a Grand Island Independent report, but is also a rebrand of a former tavern and restaurant the food truck chef owned in Stromsburg.

The truck, which hit the streets in October, is owned by Jay Contreras and Reuben Rodriguez, with Contreras serving as head cook. All the food truck's menu items are under $10.
