Nebraska taco truck expands with physical location

Francisco Diaz, operator of the Betos Tacos food truck in Hastings, Nebraska is now running a brick-and-mortar restaurant.

His food truck has been serving up taco and Mexican fare for the past two years, according to a NTV report.

"It's a blessing," Diaz told the news outlet. "It was a step of faith."
