New food truck park opens in New Orleans

The New Orleans food truck park in the Lower Garden District held its grand opening yesterday, according to

Ross Boudy, whose wife owns a food trailer, helped create the park, dubbed the Déjà vu Food Park, to provide power for food trucks, cooking oil recycling, access to potable water, and a customer serving area.

The park features six rotating trucks daily, along with a full bar and patio seating. The park also holds events, such as the jazz brunch that it hosted on Monday.
