New Hampshire town gets a Thai eatery on wheels

The Total Thai Food Truck is now rolling around West Peterborough in New Hampshire.

The truck operation took two years to get launched, according to a Monadnock Ledger Transcript report, and will be open evenings Wednesday through Friday. It's run by Arissara and Ivan Krakow and reflects Arrisara's heritage and homeland cuisine.

"She wants to make Thai food and keep it original," Ivan Krakow told the news outlet.
