Ohio bakery expands with a food truck

Sweets lovers in Dayton, Ohio who love the Big Sky Bread Company will be happy to hear the bakery is launching a food truck operation.

The bakery is known for its pizza bread and pretzels, according to a Dayton.com report. The truck is called the Sweet & Salty and will offer the bakery's pretzels, dipping sauces and cinnamon rolls.

Running a food truck has long been a dream for owners Philip Gallenstein and wife Mari and the truck will also have help from family members, according to the news outlet.
