Stellar Street Eats food truck owners, Ryan O'Neil and his wife Ashlee Rose, are planning to open a brick-and-mortar restaurant.

The Cincinnati, Ohio food truck operators will launch their restaurant in Anderson Township, according to a City Beat report.

Their food truck is popular for its wraps, pimento cheese and burgers. The fast casual restaurant, to be called Stellar Food Company, will open at 6663 Salem Road and have seating for 10 inside. The grand opening is slated for July.

"We went from thinking we were going bankrupt to solving problems and going full-steam ahead. We always say that failure's not an option for us because we have our life savings wrapped up in this business. We have to succeed and we have to find a way," Ryan O'Neil told the news outlet.

The Stellar Food Company will also serve as a commissary kitchen for the food truck.
