Tae Spell, operator of the three-year-old Taesty's food truck in Circleville, Ohio, aims to expand his business with a second truck this year and has also opened a physical restaurant location.

The storefront will also serve as a prep site for the two food trucks, according to a Circleville Herald report.

The restaurant, which will only be take-out and delivery, will have an expanded menu beyond southern dishes including fried chicken, pork sliders and mac and cheese. Additional items will be sweet potato casserole and fried fish.

"We'll be adding those items because we'll have more space here at the store," Spell told the news outlet. "We'll do specials every week that will be something else, a special southern recipe to have during that week along with the rest of the menu."
