Students at Canfield High School in Canfield, Ohio, recently created food truck menus for a culinary art class over a nine-week period, according to The Vindicator. The students worked in teams to create a menu with 10 items, a price structure, a truck design, a name and a logo. They also determined the cost of the equipment.
The students placed cardboard mock-ups of their trucks in the cafeteria.
Menu items included pancakes, waffles, flatbread, macaroni and cheese, pretzels and more, the report said.
