Ohio home to new food truck come April

When the warmer weather arrives in Ohio this April there will be a new food truck for foodies to enjoy.

The Mary's Urban Kitchen food truck is currently being outfitted, and owner John Krause believes the Ashtabula community is ready for some exciting mobile food fare, according to a Star Beacon report.

"Due to COVID times, a lot of dine-in restaurants took a big hit," Krause told the news outlet. He owns a physical restaurant called Mary's Kitchen in the Geneva-on-the-Lake area.

The menu is comfort food, including chicken and biscuit sandwiches, various approaches to mac and even a meatloaf sandwich with a bacon jam.

Krause has also bought a catering company as well.
