Ohio restaurant closes but keeps food truck rolling

A food truck venture that expanded with a physical restaurant presence in early 2020 is shuttering the restaurant business due to the ongoing impact from COVID-19.

The Empanadas Aqui, based in Mason, Ohio, is closing as of Jan. 29 but will keep the company's food truck up and running, according to a Cincinnati.com report.
