Oklahoma food truck takes its pizza to the customer

In light of the COVID-19 pandemic many a food truck has changed its business strategy and one example is a Tulsa, Oklahoma operation.

Andolini's Pizzeria is driving into neighborhoods to offer its menu to families and residents who have been mandated to stay at home during the coronavirus outbreak.

The food truck operation is part of Andolin's Pizzeria restaurant business, according to a KTUL report and it named the new business strategy the "Community Cheer Tour."

The approach, according to the report, is helping the business keep its employees on the payroll. Right now it's already booked until the end of April, making a few stops each day in different neighborhoods.
