Foodies in Olympia, Washington have something to look forward to as spring arrives.

The Lacey City Council is supporting a food truck court at the corner of Lacey Boulevard Southeast and Lebanon Street southeast, according to a report at The Olympian.

The location is in the Depot District and will also be home to a replica train depot and museum, according to the report.

Council leaders said a good number of food truck operators are interested in participating. If the venture proves to be successful, the food truck park will be managed by the city and a undetermined partner, which will manage the site and possibly impose rent or fees to food trucks.

When the food truck court begins operations, the two trucks scheduled to participate will not be charged.
