Oregon food cart pod home to popular restaurant cart

The Le Bistro Montage Ala Cart, a food cart in Portland, Oregon, is now moving into BG Food Cartel, a popular food cart pod location.

The pod site, at 4250 S. W. Rose Biggie Ave., is home to more than 30 food trucks, according to a Koin 6 report.

The cart is the mobile transformation of a brick and mortar eatery initially launched by owner Derek Ingwood.

"We know it's a really high end, very popular cart pod complex, and we've actually been on a waiting list for quite a while," Ingwood told the news outlet.
