Pennsylvania food truck opening brick-and-mortar spot

The Flying V, a food truck based in Bethlehem, Pennsylvania is getting ready to open a brick-and-mortar restaurant.

The Lehigh Valley food truck initially began as a pop up by operators Christia and Matt Vymazal. The truck specializes in Canadian cuisine — think poutine and peameal bacon, as reported by Lehigh Valley Live.

The couple has operated the truck for 18 months and has outgrown the commercial kitchen they had been using. They hope to open the eatery by June.
