Pittsburgh food truck operator launching restaurant

Not even a year after launching a food truck in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, Jose Tecuanhuehue aims to open a brick-and-mortar restaurant in March.

The eatery, called Taqueria El Pastorcito, will launch nine months after his food truck hit the road selling at festivals, breweries and local events, according to a Trib Live report.

The restaurant will be located at 929 Fourth Ave.

"We are going to have a different kind of tortas," Tecuanhuehue told the news outlet. "We'll see how the customers respond. If there's anything they are asking for, we can make it happen."
