Pittsburgh suburb to host food truck event

Monroeville, Pennsylvania, a Pittsburgh suburb, will hold its second annual Food Truck-a-Palooza from 1 p.m. to 6 p.m. on Saturday, March 10, with proceeds benefiting the volunteer fire station, according to the event's Facebook page.

Tickets are $10 online and $15 at the door, with kids 12 and under admitted for free.

Dee Weinberg, owner of GoodTaste! Pittsburgh, said she expects this year's event to be bigger with 32 food trucks gathering at the Monroeville Convention Center, according to triblive.com.

Food trucks will include Burgh Bites, Fantastic Food, South Side BBQ, Doce Taqueria, PHG Halal Foods and others.
