The Zoagies food truck is rolling into Burlington County, New Jersey, specifically Mount Laurel, by early February.
The truck, owned by Ezell Barnes, known as Chef Zoagie, offers deep-fried seafood cheese steaks and, of course, hoagies, according to a Courier Post report.
The food truck operation, which now has two trucks, has a strong following since serving in Pennsville as well as Delaware.
"Pretty much, I've learned over the years, most places, the honeymoon lasts for about three months and after that three months, you're just a regular business but the honeymoon effect is over,'' Barnes told the news outlet. "One thing's for sure in the Zoagie world, we can make the honeymoon last forever if we're willing to just keep on moving. But we will never move if the honeymoon lasts forever, so we're going to give Burlington (County) a chance to come with that energy forever. If they don't, we'll be gone in June."
