Red Robin, owned by the Lehigh Valley Restaurant Group, now has its first-ever food truck serving its fare.
The truck, in Lehigh Valley, Pennsylvania, plans to serve business areas, private events and festivals, according to The Morning Call.
The restaurant group runs 21 Red Robin locations in central and eastern Pennsylvania. The truck offers a smaller version of the restaurant menu.
"We plan on having the truck basically rove around our entire operating footprint, which is eastern and central PA," Mike Axiotis, president and CEO of Lehigh Valley Restaurant Group, told the news outlet. "But we really are trying to focus heavily on launching here in the Lehigh Valley first since this is where our corporate office is and we have a good concentration of restaurants here. [The truck] could be booked for private events, corporate events, birthday parties, weddings, rehearsal dinners, bachelor parties and team-building events."
The truck was initially bought by the brand to celebrate its 50th anniversary last year and was used for promotional purposes, but not as a food truck business.
