The Watecha Bowl restaurant, in Sioux Fall, South Dakota is going back to its origin with the launch of one of two planned food trucks.
Owners Lawrence and Sophie West are also busy expanding their restaurant on West Madison Street as well as expanding the Native American menu from its popular Indian tacos, according to a Sioux Falls Business report.
The food truck will run March through September and the second truck already has appearances lined up at the Huset's Speedway and the Denny Sanford Premier Center, according to the report.
The Wests opened the restaurant in the spring of 2021 and opened a second location in a mall in Norfolk, Nebraska.
