Saigon House in Texas expands with food truck business

The Saigon House in Houston, Texas, is launching a food truck to bring its Viet-Cajun cuisine to a growing fan base.

The truck is a partnership between Matt Mui, of food truck Muiishi Makirritos, and Tony Nguyen, of Saigon House, according to an Eater report. The truck is located at 2310 Decatur.

Saigon House is well-known for its "H-town Bang" crawfish and Viet-Tex brisket pho, noted the report.
