Salem, Oregon fast becoming a food truck hotspot

While some Salem-based food trucks have closed, mostly due to pandemic-related challenges, more trucks are opening in the city's food truck scene.

In fact there are 20 new food trucks serving up fare in the Oregon city, according to a Statesman Journal report.

The list includes a Salvadoran food cart called Pupuseria la Champita, The Shaka Brah truck which is doling out Hawaiian fare and the AristaCrab, which specializes in southern-style seafood boil.
