Sioux City food truck Fridays still on track

August 4, 2020

Food truck Fridays at Seventh and Pearl Streets in Sioux City will roll on this year but in a safe and healthy approach given the ongoing coronavirus pandemic.

Trucks will socially distance and customers will be asked to pick up orders and eat in a social distancing strategy, according to a Sioux City Journal report.

The trucks will serve up fare from 11 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. and both food truck operators and staff, as well as customers, are required to wear masks.

Unlike last year there will be no available seating in order to discourage groups and large gatherings, according to the report.
